Ms. Brinkmann was my contact throughout the entire project - always available, solution-oriented and with a remarkable eye for detail. You can tell straight away that she loves what she does and does everything she can to ensure that the customer is not only satisfied, but delighted. Their advice was not only excellent from a technical point of view, but also very pleasant on a personal level - you immediately feel understood and in the best of hands. The rest of the Boffinger team was also professional, punctual and careful at all times. The quality of the work was first class, all agreements were met, and the result even exceeded my expectations. I'm torn. One positive aspect is the service provided by sales representatives who offer in-home advice on products and services. The advice was questionable. They recommended hinge-side security locks for windows, even though there were two mushroom-head security locks in the hinge side. According to the criminal investigation department, this is nonsense. For the front door, they suggested converting it to a multi-point locking system, which costs three times as much as a good security bar. The material prices are hefty over the market price, and labor hours are not itemized but listed as a flat rate. Material surcharges and high flat-rate installation costs wipe out any KfW funding available at the time of the inquiry.
