Her advice was not only technically excellent, but also very pleasant on a personal level – you immediately feel understood and in the best hands. The quality of the work was first-class, all agreements were adhered to, and the result even exceeded my expectations. I'm torn. One positive aspect is the service provided by sales representatives who offer in-home advice on products and services. The advice was questionable. They recommended hinge-side security locks for windows, even though there were two mushroom-head security locks in the hinge side. According to the criminal investigation department, this is nonsense. For the front door, they suggested converting it to a multi-point locking system, which costs three times as much as a good security bar. The material prices are hefty over the market price, and labor hours are not itemized but listed as a flat rate. Material surcharges and high flat-rate installation costs wipe out any KfW funding available at the time of the inquiry.
